ALH Property Investments, LLC is a company that was formed to participate in acquisition, rehab, and selling of real estate properties. We concentrate on opportunistic investments in real estate in which we utilize our resources to create value. Utilizing market knowledge to identify undervalued assets and creating value through rehab and property-level enhancements, our company will make strategic investments in real estate assets which provide an opportunity for superior rates of return.
We are a business venture headed by CEO and Co Founder Antonio Laudadio and CFO and Co Founder Liza Maria Heim.
As a business focused on acquiring, rehabbing and selling real estate properties; we generate profits from selling properties for more than to total costs invested and renting properties for more than the carrying cost of the asset. We follow a philosophy of acquiring property assets that produce a diversified investment portfolio and be well positioned to weather any market conditions and economic cycles that may present themselves. Before making any purchase, we perform thorough due diligence to evaluate a property for; purchase price, expected renovation costs, rental capacity, and resale potential. If the property passes our underwriting criteria, we will acquire the property and start any renovations that may be needed.

Antonio Tommaso Laudadio
He went to school to study Interior Design at BBZ Zurich. He subsequently entered SWS business school and after getting his degree decided to move to Los Angeles to further improve his English skills. With proficient English he then returned to Switzerland to accept work in Credit Management at Valartis Bank Zurich where he improved his understanding for finance and business management.
After traveling the world living in Australia and Japan, he decided to return to Los Angeles to pursue his lifelong dream to build his own company in real estate. He partnered with Liza Heim who happens to be Swiss as well.
While studying Interior design Antonio discovered his passion for architecture and real estate. He was fascinated to see how one can improve someones home or restaurant by re-designing the interior and/or exterior. Traveling the world inspired his vision to create something unique, a fusion of designs from all over the world and apply it to the American market.
The Fusion of Swiss perfection, Italian inspired affinity for design and American ambition is what makes AHL Property Investments a trustworthy and professional partner for anyone.

Liza Maria Heim
Liza Maria Heim is one of the Co-Founders of ALH Property Investments, LLC and operates as the CFO of the company. Liza grew up in Zurich, Switzerland where she finished her Vocational Certificate in Art as well as her Fashion Technologist Diploma in 2010.
Through her work at Swiss intl. Airlines she gained a lot of experiences in the field of customer service. After traveling the world for two years, seeing many different cultures and broadening her horizon, she then decided to work for the major Swiss bank UBS in the field of tax- and audit reports.
Liza then started her Associates Degree in Interior Architectural Design at Santa Monica College and graduated in summer of 2020. While she was working towards her degree she was reassured that Real Estate is a true passion for hers and that she desires to combine her finance knowledge and artistic side to invest in Real Estate.
Subsequently, she founded ALH Property Investments, LLC with her business partner Antonio Laudadio. Liza is responsible for the design projects of the company. Furthermore, she is in charge of all the financial and organizational part of ALHPI, LLC. The combination of her creativity and business knowledge are some of her most valuable attributes.
